A "bartender" who would keep me waiting for my drink for such an endless period of time, spending it on purposeless juggling, would drive me totally mad and make me kick his ass. This guy is not a bartender, he's just a juggler. A bartender's job is mixing drinks, which can also be done in a stunning, impressive way. But what this guy is showing has nothing to do with the bartender's job. Showing off instead of mixing drinks is nowhere near what the customer expects.
